Born in 1982 in Houston, TX, Charlene graduated from John Foster Dulles High School, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Strayer University.
A military wife, Charlene spent many years traveling and raising her son. After returning to her hometown of Houston, she worked as a Sales Associate at Highland Homes.
Charlene loved cooking and hosting social gatherings, which were always blessed with her grace, elegance, and loving spirit. She especially enjoyed fashion, namely shoes and cosmetics, and amassed collections that allowed her beauty on the inside to shine on the outside.
She is survived by her husband and son, Michael Anthony and Christian Nicholas Ocampo, who reside in Richmond, TX. She is also survived by her father and mother, Benjamin Umali Salvacion, Sr. and Rosemarie Lanford Salvacion, and her older brother and younger sister, Benjamin James Salvacion, Jr. and Jana Rose Panganiban. She moved back to Texas to be close to her immediate family, all of whom reside in the greater Houston area.
