Trisha was a woman of great humility and grace, who always put others before herself. She had an unwavering faith in the Lord and lived her life with gratitude and joy. Her family was her greatest treasure, and she cherished her role as a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Trisha was known for her fun-loving spirit and generosity. Her heart was always open to those in need. She was a woman of great wisdom and had a vibrant relationship with Christ. Her favorite verse was Jeremiah 29:11, which reads, "For I know the plans I have for you", declares the Lord. "Plans to give you a hope and a future.” This was a constant source of comfort and inspiration to her. Trisha may not have realized the kind of legacy she was leaving, but the impact the Lord had through her life will continue to be felt by those who loved her for generations to come.
She is preceded in death by her father, Quill; her stepfather, Curtis Alderman; her mother, Lib Alderman, and her brother, Chappell Jordan. She is survived by her loving husband, Bill Patterson; her two daughters, Jenny McMillian and her husband Jon and Amy Patterson; her sister, Nancy Cox and her husband Barclay; six adoring grandchildren, Meagan and her husband Joshua, Macy, Michael, Jackson, Matthew, and Grayson, along with nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
Trisha lived a life rich with love and yet, it pales in comparison to the fullness of joy she is experiencing now in the presence of her Savior in Heaven.
