Mary Ann was born on June 8, 1933.She was a proud mother of four children, and was loved by many friends. Mary Ann’s passion and devotion to always give back and serve in life was evident in her countless volunteer hours at MD Anderson, as well as being one of the founding members of the M.D. Anderson Network. She loved serving as an Alumni Director at Saint Agnes Academy, where she attended high school. Mary Ann will be remembered the most for her deep love and devotion to the Lord and her Catholic faith. Her commitment to her church family and Theresian Community through her life was remarkable! Many will remember Mary Ann for her vivacious love for life, family, her smile, blue eyes that would light up the room, and that special wink!
She is preceded in death by her husband Ed Hines and is survived by her four children, ten grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
There will be a rosary vigil, on Sunday December 18th from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. located at Earthman Southwest Funeral home. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 19th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church.
