Danny Lee Nelson

Danny Lee Nelson, a resident of Richmond, Texas, passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 59. He was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, on March 21, 1964. Danny leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and selfless dedication to his family and community.

Danny is survived by his beloved wife, Trudy, and his two cherished daughters, Amelia Trace Brandenburger and Victoria Rane Nelson. He is also survived by his siblings, David Nelson, Terry Dillard, Randy Nelson, and Sheri Lane.

Preceding Danny in death are his loving parents, Edward John Nelson and Marsha Jeanne Nelson.

During his lifetime, Danny pursued a successful career in sales, with his most recent employment at Tracerco. He had a passion for helping others and was actively involved in numerous charitable organizations. His strong, unwavering faith was exemplified through his long-time membership at Faith Methodist Church in Richmond, Texas.

Danny's commitment to his community extended beyond the church doors. He took pride in leading youth Bible studies, where he shared his wisdom and faith with younger generations. He also dedicated his time and effort to serve the Houston West Emmaus Community whenever an opportunity arose.

However, above all, Danny was a devoted family man. He cherished his family and was especially proud of his daughters. His love for his wife, Trudy, was unwavering, and he was a remarkable husband and father.

Danny Lee Nelson's legacy will live on through the lives he touched, the faith he shared, and the love he gave. He will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
