Alicia Myers

Our beloved Alicia "Licha" Myers passed away on September 29, 2018. She was born on July 15, 1929 in Laredo, Texas. She loved life and her family to the fullest. She loved herchildren, but her grandchildren and great grandchildren filled her heart with joy. She wasalways ready to attend football, baseball and basketball games. She was either rootingfor her grandkids as they played or rooting for her Spurs! Many nights she challenged her grandchildren to a game of poker and winning she did. Even into her 80's she would climb into deer blinds, ride around in the 4 wheeler and hang out at the ranch just to be with her son and grandchildren. She always was ready for a fun time be it a family get together, a party, going out to eat or shopping. Her spirit was fun and young and many people loved her. Our Licha will be deeply missed! Your family loves you!

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Myers, and her son, Danny Myers. Her surviving children are Nelda Falknor and husband Don of Sugar Land, Claudia Garcia and husband husband Bill of Houston and Anthony Myers and Kathy Myers of San Antonio. Her grandchildren are Jason Falknor, Jessica Longoria, Billy Garcia, Eric Garcia, Christina Garcia, Melissa Myers, Jesse Myers, Danny Myers, Stepanie Myers, Crystal Phoung, Andrew Myers and Mathew Myers. She had numerous great grandchildren.

A private mass for immediate family will be held at the CHAPEL of St. Laurence Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 5, 2018. Immediately following the mass a reception and celebration of life will be held in the home of Dr. Donald and Nelda Falknor at 66 Heathrow.

All family and friends are invited for a celebration of Licha's life beginning at 11:30 a.m.

Flowers may be delivered to the chapel or in lieu of flowers donate to a charity of choice
