Alexander Christopher Marshall was born September 18, 1988 in Highland Park, Illinois, to Jennie A Marshall and Gregory K. Marshall. During his early years, he moved with his family to Edina, Minnesota and Foxboro, Massachusetts. He settled in Sugar Land, Texas in 1999.
Alexander graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School in Fort Bend County, Texas, in 2006. He loved to cook and play basketball. He played basketball for his middle school and high school teams as well as a Houston AAU team. He earned a commercial drivers license in 2015 and was employed as a driver for a liquor distribution company. He was planning a life with his girlfriend of two years, Nina Breaux, of Houston, Texas, when he was killed in a truck accident. His untimely death came, at the age of 28, on December 21, 2016 He is survived by his mother, Jennie Marshall, his younger brother, Jeffrey Marshall, his uncle and aunt, Mark and Deborah Hawker, his cousin Nicholas Hawker, of Sugar Land, Texas, and his grandfather, Carl Hawker, of Houston, Texas.
There will be a memorial service for Alexander on Saturday, December 31, 2016, at 2 p.m. at the Earthman Southwest Funeral Home, 12555 South Kirkwood, Stafford, Texas 77477.
