I remember the nights he would come to the dance club Huckleberry's in Lansing, IL
where I was a bouncer. It was always the VIP treatment for him. He would come in and was the life of the party. He at times would take people to downtown Chicago on his dime just to treat people to something they may not be able to afford on their own.

i was Bobbys manager for a few years back when we were in lake point tower.                                      He had been a good friend for years, and when he found out i was driving Mike Dickas  stretch rolls royce  he wanted me to come work for him.                                                                                   He had a way of finding the best cars , only if he was anything he was a kind caring family man , his mother could tell you that .. my roomie in the tower and a big help to running  his company when i couldent                                                                                                                                             favorite memory ?   i have storys that i still find hard to believe.. trust me we always behaved, but had fun.                                                                                                                                                                                  if anyone wants to talk about our adventures Stevie Big Ed Tommy Rotton u know with the dent Mo i could go on , but i wont LOVE ya Bobby Hope to see you up driving the big Limo for the GUY..realy  i need to get that money from you.. i can hear him laughing at that he always laughed.. wow....Im late to the party.  I say "party" because Bob was the party. They say things happen for a reason.  I cannot figure out a reason for this.   Too soon to die...you had alot more to do Bob.

This is so heartbreaking not only for millions of limo Bob fans but for me as most every week for ten years or so we spoke or texted or emailed and he was such a big inspiration and help to my journey that I will forever be grateful to him and da crew 
I still have most every message lol  Some he would repeat himself and send huge messages but thats because he was bigger than a 47 ft Boeing learmousine and that was just fine with me

I wished he was able to hang around longer as I had a few things in the oven I wanted him involved in but when its your time you cant fight fate and have to adapt

He told me once

"If you wanna be big...You gotta think big"

And I did so and therefore won big recently and with his energy 

I enjoyed our time on earth and will see ya in the big apple friend

I met Limo Bob once at an event I threw in New Jersey and although I barely knew him, our interactions were great and his kindness and energy will always be remembered. May he Rest In Peace and continue his life in Heaven.

I went to school with Bob.  We graduated from Argo High in 1976.  My brother would go over to his house and work on cars with him.  Being a car enthusiast runs in the blood of many students that went to Argo.  
Bob had a determined attitude and loved his family.  He often teased his siblings.  
I got my teaching degree and worked at our high school until retirement.  I often referred to him as an example of a person with grit and determination.   
Many prayers for his family and friends.  

This man inspired me from a vey young age. I bought my first limo at the age of 14 and couldn’t get any insurance broker to take me seriously.  One call to Limo Bob and I was all set!  Christi and family, I am so sorry for your loss. 

Bobby it seems just yesterday we met October 15th 1980 then in 1984 we went into business together in 1986 when we drove across country from California and the xl40 Cadillac triple axel you're very first custom limousine that we had built is a memory that will never fade. You we're definitely a man of Grace Elegance love and compassion you are a man to turn the other cheek even into worse the times. You are now our guiding light to watch over us as we continue our journey along life's path. I don't know about the rest of us but I surely am a better man for have knowing you you've been like a brother to me for 40 years. I will never forget the vacation we took on my yacht in 1996 I still have the picture from the marina as we were off shore leaving.I will see you soon myself brother I'll bring the wheels this time love you and miss you with all my heart your brother from another mother pastor Timothy rest in peace sweet boy of the Lord.

I knew Bobby "LIMO BOB" for many years growing up in the same neighborhood in Hickory Hills I was a lose for words when I heard this horrible news Limo was one of the greatest men I knew giving me a ride around the neighborhood in his first limo I got older and he would also be there if you needed something even when he was down on his luck he would give you his last dollar Much love goes out to his family.

My father met Bob when he came into the convenient store he previously owned. Not very long after, my father worked for Bob as a limo driver for a brief period of time. My parents, my 4 siblings, and I would go over to Bob and Christi’s place on the beach for small holiday parties and even just to hang out for fun. We would eat, talk, go swimming, and Bob would even let us all ride in his limousines. I remember  specifically all of us going on a ride in the limousine to get ice cream one time. I also remember when Bob showed us his reality show. I thought it was the coolest thing ever that he had his own show. Bob was such a bright spirit to be around. He impacted people of all ages, everywhere. He was the light in the room and it radiated off on everyone else. He had such an outgoing and fun personality. His smile was contagious. It was impossible to be in a bad mood around him. He had a heart as big & gold as the chains he wore around his neck. As someone who grew up less fortunate and did not have a very good childhood, I feel blessed that God brought Bob into my & my siblings lives. Those memories of hanging out at his house and riding in his limousines are some of the best memories I have. I had just recently told my husband about those memories a few weeks before Bob passed. I will always  cherish them and hold them close.  I’m sad that such an amazing person has left this earth, but I’m sure he is having an amazing time in Heaven making it an even brighter place with his presence. Rest in  Heaven Bob! You will always be missed. 

I’ve known Uncle Bob since I was 22 yrs old and he was just 18 he’s been in our family for over 40 years. He was like a brother to me and would do anything for family and friends even strangers no greater person in this world. I wish I could’ve been there to celebrate his life but do to illnesses I am unable to make it. We love you Uncle Bob always and forever Love Debbie and Mike
