Phyllis M Kelly, age 60, of St Pete Beach passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017, at home under Hospice care. She was born in Hudson, NY. She and husband William relocated to Florida 16 years ago coming from Cairo, NY. Survivors include her husband of 37 years William A Kelly, daughter Allisha Kelly, mother Betty LaBuda, sister Susan Ferry, and grandsons Nicolas and Vincent. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 17th from 1:00-4:00pm at Boca Shores Clubhouse in St. Pete Beach.
