Keith was born in Fairmont, West Virginia, to Robert Hugh DeVault and Aureita (Dalton) DeVault. He attended Fairmont Senior High School and was a proud graduate of West Virginia University.
Keith had a long and rewarding career with Unilever and retired as Senior Vice President of Sales after more than 30 years of dedicated work. His time there brought him great joy from the many lasting friendships he built both at work and through living and commuting between Yardley, Pennsylvania, and New York City.
During his retirement, Keith spent many happy years watching and participating in sports of all kinds. He especially loved playing basketball and football with his grandsons. His love for his hometown friends, the West Virginia Mountaineers, and the Pittsburgh Steelers never faded. He also took great pleasure in admiring the beautiful sunsets with family and friends in both St. Pete Beach, Florida, and Ocean City, New Jersey.
Keith was preceded in death by his beloved son, K. Michael DeVault, brother R. Larry DeVault, brother-in-law Armand Niccolai, and his parents.
Keith is survived by his wife of 54 years, Judy (Niccolai) DeVault, his daughter Carol DeVault, daughter-in-law Carolyn Grant DeVault, treasured twin grandsons Ethan and Grant DeVault, nephew Robert DeVault, nieces Adonica DeVault, Juliana DeVault Heidlauff, Charlotte DeVault May, Lynn Niccolai Meloche, Lisa Niccolai Rondepierre, sister-in-law Janice Berry Niccolai, and many dear cousins and friends.
Keith’s remarkable integrity, sense of humor, kindness, and optimism will forever be missed by all who knew him. A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date.
