Passed suddenly on June 12, 2013. Winona is preceded in death by her Husband of 65 Years, Joseph (in ’99) and Thirteen Siblings. She is survived by her Son, Ronald (Bonnie) Voelker of North St. Paul & Daughter, Elaine Voelker of Maplewood; Granddaughters, Carol Voelker & Sandra Reeder-Voelker (Joseph); Great-Granddaughters, Brianna & Mackenzie; Sister, Bernice Wolinski of MI; Many Nieces & Nephews. Funeral Service: 11:00 AM on Monday, June 17 at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Avenue in Saint Paul. Visitation 1 hour prior. Interment in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
