Went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. She was preceded in death by her Brother, Elroy. Valerie will be deeply missed by her Children, Jim Fercello, Cindy (Ozzie) Ostendorf, Claudia Fercello, Deb (Mark Nelson) Sieberlich, and Mike (Bridget) Fercello; many Blessed Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren; other Family and Friends. Memorial Mass will be Tuesday, April 18 at 10:30 am with Visitation 9:30-10:30 am all at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 2119 Stillwater Avenue., St. Paul. Val loved her gardens. In lieu of flowers, outdoor plants preferred and will be planted in her memory.
