Jeremy Keith Larson

Born April 28, 1987 Passed December 30, 2021

Survived by his loving family: parents Galen (Rick) & Kelly Larson; siblings Sam (Sarah) Walt, Erin (Aaron Hahn) Walt, & Daniel Larson; nephews Gavin & Gunnar Walt & niece Alta Mae Hahn. His extended family of many aunts, uncles & cousins love him. Jeremy’s puppies, Tank & Annie are left without their beloved dad but are going to great homes.

Jeremy attended St. Paul College Culinary school and worked at prestigious restaurants including Meritage St. Paul and Mystic Lake Casino.

Jeremy, you were taken from us too soon. We will miss your infectious laugh, your willingness to have interesting debates and many other things that can’t be numbered. We have holes in our hearts that will never heal. We will always love you, Jeremy. We pray that Grandma Virginia is there to meet you for your next journey and that we will see you again one day. All our love, Mom, Dad, Sam, Erin & Daniel. We will miss you forever.

Jeremy fought a battle against Type 1 diabetes for decades. But it was the battle against drug addiction that we all lost.

Masks are required. Vaccinations or a negative test the day of the event are preferred. If you have a positive test or are ill, please stay home and remember Jeremy in your own private and special way.

In lieu of flowers please donate to charities of your choice for drug addiction, Type 1 diabetes, or climate change in Jeremy’s name. The first two tragically impacted his life. But he was also very concerned and passionate about climate change.
