Died tragically on Saturday, March 14 in Duluth. Jeffrey is preceded in death by his Father, Thomas; Sister, Linda; Brother, Steven; Sister-in-Law, Gail and Nephew, Steven. He is survived by his Mother, Ella; Siblings, Michael, Carol (Gene) Mann, Laurie (Kurt) Doheny, Patrick; Many Nieces and Nephews; Five Aunts and Two Uncles. Memorial Service on Wednesday, March 25 at 11AM at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave., St. Paul, with Visitation 1 hr. prior. Private interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery at a future date. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
