Janet Marie Partlow, age 67, of West Saint Paul, Minnesota passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.
Loving daughter, cousin and friend.
She is preceded in death by her father Edward Partlow; mother Luella Partlow; and sisters Joyce and Susan.
Janet will be deeply missed by many relatives and friends.
Funeral service at 11 am on Wednesday, November 29 at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave., Saint Paul, with a visitation two hours prior, starting at 9 am. Interment at Riverview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Guild Community Support Program in West St. Paul.
