Died on Saturday, January 21, 2012. He retired after over 40 years of service with 3M. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn and his daughter, Joan Hinnant. He will remain in the hearts of his children: Doug (Terri) Harden, Richard (Ruth) Harden, Cherie (Mike) Nielsen, and Chris (Raphael) Harden; seven grandchildren: Doug, Jeremy, Michele, Jon, Annie, Lauren, and Michael; seven great-grandchildren; his loving companion, Lorraine Plasch & her family; sister, Naomi; brothers, Tom (Michelle) and Glen (Bev); and his extended family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held to celebrate James' life at 10:30 AM on Friday, January 27th at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, 8260 4th St N in Oakdale. Visitation for one hour prior to Mass at church on Friday and on Thursday, January 26th from 4 unil 7 PM at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave, St. Paul.
