Passed away unexpectedly in his sleep October 2, 2011. Preceded in death by his father, Russell and his wife, Lucy. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Garrett Grniet; granddaughter, Emma; mother, Verna; grandmother, Marie Nelson;
sisters, Linda Moe and her son Brandon, Debby (Stew) Shepard, DeAnne (Dud) Sherman; brother, David Boeltl; many nieces and nephews. Gary loved life, his family and friends. He enjoyed volunteering for events and managing fundraisers with his second family at Jimmy's Food and Drink. Memorial Service Friday, 10:30 am, at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Avenue, St. Paul, with visitation half hour prior. Private interment Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
