Born in North Branch to Raymond and Jenny, Chester is preceded in death by parents and 2 sisters, Bernice and Jeannette. Proud WWII Veteran, Employed by USG for 38 years. Survived by wife of 67 years, Dorothy M. (Swanson). Also survived by 3 sons, Roger (Sandey) of Woodbury, Dale (Sandy) of Pine City, Randy (Linda) of Oakdale; 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, Aug 16th at 11:30 am with Visitation from 9:30 - 11:30 am at First Lutheran Church, 463 Maria Ave., St. Paul. Luncheon will immediately follow service at church. Interment Union Cemetery, Maplewood.
