Celia was born in Kalamazoo, MI to Edgar G. & Loretta (nee' Mitchell) Smith. She was preceded in death by her grandparents John & Erma Mitchell; parents Edgar G. & Loretta Smith; sisters Shirley Wade and Wilhelmina Hayes; brothers William, Nicholas and Michael Mitchell; several aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is survived by her son Charles (Pa Zong) McMillon, her grandkids Allen and Carter McMillon of Saint Paul, MN; sisters Constance Roberson of Marshall, MI, Rosalie Kirk of Racine, WI, Linda (Greg) Coleman of Saint Paul, MN, and Debora (Frank) Smith of Toledo, OH. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Celia was a fun loving person, feisty and outspoken. Sometimes she used strong language to get her point across letting you know just how she felt. Celia will be missed by her family and friends.
