Born in Minneapolis, MN, Bill played football for Washburn High School and was a semi-pro Hockey player. At the encouragement of his father, Lyndon Earl “Frank” Marshall, Bill became a Civil Engineer. His profession took him around the world – from Greenland to Germany, Canada, Alaska, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. He retired from the City of North Las Vegas, NV in 2005.
Mr. Marshall spent his retirement enjoying his favorite hobbies. Fishing with his son in Montana, boating on Lake Mead, alligator hunting with his son-in-law in Louisiana, watching football and participating in various bowling leagues in Las Vegas. He recently relocated to Louisiana to be closer to family.
