I have so many memories even as a little girl in diapers grandparents owned jefferson auto body on gravois and taft the shop was in the back of the house i grew up in i can remember walking out of my granparents site while they were working and how i got across the street on gravois ill never know but i kept telling my grandpa i was gonna go across the street and have a beer at randys the corner bar and sure enough diaper and all i ended up just about to walk in the bar grandpa almost getting hit he ran over there and had me by one hand and every step i took he would beat my butt lol so many good times so many memories my grandparents was my world i loved them so very much they were the only ones who always understood me best he will be missed so very much but never forgotten RIP grandpa tell granny i love her and i know you two will be shining down on me from heaven i love you grandpa

Too many fun memories. . . .eating lunch when I ran home from Kindergarden, hanging around the shop while you worked, and watching you chase soccer refs all over the field.

The old Jefferson Auto Body ball team, driving players to the hospital with Mr. Newsome, goose hunting at the farm, and jumping in freezing water to save Frieda the weiner dog.

Watching us play ball, cutting my hair with your pocket knife because you said it was too long before a basketball game, and "getting some pickles and eatin' 'em" waiting for church to get out in Marion.

Driving me, Greg, and Matt to the Greater St. Louis Bowling Association for work, fixing up the old Camaro so it was ready when I was 16, arguing with the police about my curfew warning when I was only 15, and catching the bat and getting it out of our house.

I could go on and on, but I hear Granny yelling "ARVID, GET IN HERE."  You will be greatly missed, but never forgotten by any name. . .Arvid, Bill, Dad, Gramps, or even Gray Pawpaw (and some others from the old days that are not fit for print).  You and Granny have left quite a legacy -- tell her hello and if the rest of us can get our acts together and straighten up we will see you someday.

The hardest part is not having you here i always thought you would be around forever just one more day i wish i could of held your hand and told you how much i loved you and how much you meant to me i know you are with granny now and i know you will watch over me now just like granny has for so many years you were my sunshine grandpa and i liked you best rip grandpa give granny a big hug and kiss for me and just know that if god would have kept you here a little longer i would have been by your side every day we had left together my biggest regret is i didnt get to say goodbye but i know god got the very best when he brought you home god bless you and rip grandpa i love you and will miss you never too far as i will carry yu in my heart lots of love stephanie Lonell michaela marcus and isaak

To the Greatest Dad a son could ever want or hope for. Dad I miss you so much,but I know you are in a much better place and you are with mom. I love you both.
