Beloved husband of the late Barbara (nee Kern) Rice and Wanda (nee Gann) Rice; loving father of Timothy Rice, Gregory (Marsha) Rice, and Karen (Bill) Stultz; dear step-father of Chet Hays and Cari (Justin) Katen; dear grandfather of Devin Olds, Hailey Rice, Brady, Ty, and Chase Stultz and Jordan and Olivia Hays, Austin, Logan, and Riley Katen; dear brother of Sally Markland; dear uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
Bill was an architectural delineator, in business of 40 years at William Rice Design Associates. He was an avid golfer, boater, hockey fan and lover of the sun.
SERVICES: A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 15th from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Duffy's Town & Country, 1024 Schnucks Woodsmill Plaza; Town & Country, 63017.
