Tim’s family will miss him immensely and the special spark he brought to the world will always be remembered and cherished.
God took Tim home today, and I know heaven is smiling. Tim was a loving son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend - and that encompasses almost everyone he ever met. He loved his family and friends fiercely, which is evidenced by how much he is missed.
Tim enjoyed soccer, Star Trek, the Broncos, candy, beef jerky, the Dutch, steak with A1 sauce, and many more things; but he LOVED books. He was an avid reader of anything and prolific writer of poetry and short stories. He would share books with friends and family when he sensed they were struggling and when he saw they were happy. His insight and intuition usually led to a perfectly timed “you ok?” text when it was needed by those around him, and his wit helped all he knew laugh and not take the world so seriously.
The world lost a warrior today, but heaven gained a champion. Tim leaves behind sad but grateful parents, siblings, family, and friends; he leaves behind a legacy of struggle and strength, battles and triumph, and of a giving and selfless heart that brightened the world for everyone that met him.
You are loved Tim. Thank you. Now go take Ranger for a walk.
