Timothy Burgess

Timothy Burgess, age 65, of St. Louis, Missouri passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023. He was born on October 11th, 1957, to Raymond and Mary Burgess in Saint Louis, Missouri. Younger brother to Susan Burgess and eventually uncle to her son James “JJ” Balestreri.

Throughout his young life and into his adult years he cultivated many hobbies. The number one being Model electric trains, model cars, and planes. He was a lover of music, and his stereo equipment was his second biggest hobby along with his vast music collection. He owned many vehicles over the years.

His favorites were his green 1996 Ford F-150 and his 1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass.

Tim graduated from North County Tech in 1976 and studied welding and auto body work.

Tim started working at Belt Service in 1981 and retired at the end of January of 2023.

Tim will be remembered for his sense of humor, his laugh, kindness, love of history, and friends.

He will be dearly missed and was and still is very loved by all who knew him.

He is survived by his sister Susan A. Burgess, his nephew James J. Balestreri aka: Chief, and his cousins Angelo “Bud” and Stacy Corrubia, and their children Andrew and Alex.
