Barr, Ruth O., 97, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away on January 28, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Seymon L. Barr, and is survived by son, Lewis (Miriam) Barr, daughter, Cathy (Randy) Arst, and grandchildren David (Kelly) Barr, Jennifer (Philip) Michaelson, Brad (Alissa) Arst, Gregg Arst and eight great-grandchildren.
