Robert Joseph Furrer

16, 2015. He was 91. He was born October 5, 1924 to Joseph and Marie

(nee;Brinkman) Furrer. He was a US Marine and WWII veteran who served in the Pacific

Rim and was awarded a Purple Heart. He was married to Dorris M. (nee Eckhold)

Furrer for 61 years who predeceased him in 2008.

He is survived by his four children and their families. Mary Linda and David (deceased)McNally; Lawrence and Carol

Furrer; Randall Furrer and Zele C. Juhasz (deceased); and Roger and Donna Furrer; eight

grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

He was a proud father, grandfather and great-grandfather and he will be deeply missed by his family.

He always said he was blessed to have a great life and a wonderful family.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM on October 23, 2015 at

St. Margaret Mary Alacoque, 4900 Ringer Rd, followed by internment at Jefferson Barracks at 11:30.

Zele C. Juhasz passed away on October 16, 2015 and we will have a joint celebration of this

Mass for both ROBERT and ZELE. Family will receive visitors at the church

one hour prior to 10:00 Mass.
