Richard I. Winer, 95, passed away Tuesday January 9, 2018.

Loving son of the late Ethel and Arthur Winer; dear brother of the late Donald (Bernelda) Winer; our loving uncle, cousin and friend.

Richard was a WWII Veteran and earned 3 bronze stars.

Graveside services Tuesday January 16, 2018 2:30 PM Jefferson Barracks Cemetery with full military honors. A service of Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary
