Dear grandfather of Malik, Savannah, Gage, Talon, Sarah and Josiha.

Dear son of Rosemary L. and the late Juan E. Colon, Jr.

Beloved brother of Mary Ann Trenary, Michael J. (Kathleen) Colon

and David J. (Mary) Colon.

Rick retired as Quartermaster 1 from the US Navy in 1993.

He received a number of meritorious commendations during

his Navy career.

In 2011, Rick retired from the U.S. Postal Service, St. Louis.

The funeral service will be conducted in the Chapel of

Hoffmeister South County Chapel 1515 Lemay Ferry Road

on Friday, January 24, 2014 at 11:30 a.m.

The interment with full military honors will follow in

Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
