Norma Jean Thibodeaux

Norma Jean Thibodeaux (nee: Crepps) age 90, of St. Louis, Mo, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2019. She was the beloved wife of the late Oilin H. Thibodeaux, daughter of the late William and Mabel Crepps (nee: Ransom), and sister of the late Donald Crepps. She was the loving mother of Mark (Susan) Thibodeaux, Scott (Angie) Thibodeaux, and Donna (Chuck) Kiethline; dear grandmother of Kayla (Spencer) Boyd, Joshua Thibodeaux, Alyssa Thibodeaux, Holly Ann (Josh) Booth, Amanda Thibodeaux, Samantha Kiethline, and Olivia Kiethline; dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend.

Norma’s faith was very important to her and she was a longtime member of Mehlville Baptist Church. Norma’s family was also an important aspect of her life and she enjoyed spending time with them. In her younger years, Norma often quilted with her mother, creating beautiful pieces. She was also talented at crocheting, needlepoint and sewing. In her spare time Norma loved to read, put together puzzles and watch her shows on TV. Norma was an excellent cook and baker and was well known for her pumpkin bread, strawberry rhubarb pie, and her meatballs. Norma will be missed by her friends, but especially her family, who know she is currently in heaven with the Lord.

Visitation will be at Hoffmeister South County on Tues. Jan. 29, 2019 from 4-8 p.m.

Funeral service will be conducted in the Chapel of Hoffmeister South County Chapel on Wednesday,

January 30, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.

Interment will follow in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
