My Grammy,

I love you so much and miss you every day.  I am so grateful for all the wonderful memories we have together. Playing with the dancing flowers, having sleepovers on my kids pull-out couch in your room when we visited your condo in Cinci (I felt so special that I got to sleep in your room with you), coloring Easter eggs in your kitchen, my Easter basket being hid in your oven, the week I spent with you in Cinci, going to the park by your condo, going to LuLus and Sunny China and you and I staying the longest because we were slow eaters, having a lemonade stand, you coming to St. Louis to visit, Snickles, you coming to Macy’s with Mom and I for my wedding registry, going to Katie’s pizza with you and Mom, going Kimswick, going to Casano’s,
you and Mom making fried chicken, our talks in the car, going to lunch and Christopher’s with you, Mom, and Grandma Lipic, your texts when I was pregnant and after Holly was first born, you meeting Holly and how much you love her and she loves you, and of course our nail dates. I so enjoyed that special time with you, and loved the last time we went, going through Steak n’ Shake, talking, and sharing fries. I also am SO GLAD you got to meet and know Holly. I loved seeing the joy you two brought each other and can just hear you saying “Hi baby” with the biggest smile and see you wiggling your fingers at her.  I think about you every time we sit in the rocking chair you gave us and you asked me to make sure Holly knows about you and I promise I will. You have a special place in her photo album and had a special picture at her birthday party and I will continue to tell her how much you love her and that you are her special guardian angel. I love you so much!

Thank you Marybelle first and foremost for Traci who has made my whole world!  Second for being such an important part of our lives!  Third for letting Traci and I spend the last nine months with you. Our family would not be the same without your love and presence woven through it.  I love you and will miss you always - Steve

Marybelle and I became good friends and shared lots of good times before she moved to St. Louis.  We shared our struggles, our successes and a lot of laughs. She was one of a kind and I feel blessed to have had her in my life.

Marybelle was one of a kind.  We went all through school together and I mean even grade school as I have a picture of her in third grade I believe.  She was fun and we shared many laughs.  Lost track of her after MHS.  She is missed. 

So glad we were able to see each other at our last reunion. My sympathy extended to your family.  Certainly we wil miss you on Earth, but know you are joining th other angels in heaven.  RIP!  

I miss you Grammy. You were a great grandma and I always enjoyed the time we spent together. I know the last nine months were tough but it was great being able to talk to you more often. It’s great knowing you are now looking down helping us on our way. I love and miss you.

I love  you Mamma.  I miss you everyday.  I have the angel lit everyday in the living room for you. It will stay lit from here on out.  I miss you being in our house and hearing the Andy Griffith song:)  I was always able to talk to you even if the subjects were hard but I remember you told me that you loved me just the way I was and that was all I needed to hear:)  When I hear that Billy Joel song, Just the Way you Are come on, I always think of you.  Thank you for being the best mom to me through the good and the difficult times.  We had a special relationship and I will forever be grateful that.
