To Cathy and family. Mark was a great partner and friend. I will alway's remember the day's we had in the Central Bureau together as partner's and our deer hunting trips. Mark had a gentle spirit about him and was a great friend. He will be greatly missed by alot of people including myself.

I once read that the best gift a father can give to his children is to love their mother.  Cathy, you and Mark were a true love story.  How blest Meg and Brian were to have Mark for a dad and you for a mom.  And how blest I was to have the two of you in my life.  Mark was truly a Christ-like gentle man.

Mark was the living example of how a man should carry himself.  He was humble, caring, strong and compassionate to all who knew him. Cathy, Meg & Tim, Brian & Alaina, we will miss Mark so very much.  We've had the privilege of calling Mark our dear friend for many years.  His passing has left a very large void in our hearts. Although he may not have been aware of it, Mark was an inspiration and role model to Cathy, Meg, Brian, his sisters & brothers,cousins, aunts & uncles, young scouts, fellow police officers and friends. Our remembrances of Mark will bring a chuckle, cause inspiration, and give us warm feelings.

You had a quick smile and were always ready for a good laugh, even if it was at your expense. Your dedication to your community, excellence at work (even though you were so humble), gift for storytelling and love for your family were unparalleled.  Your heart knew no boundaries when it came to love and compassion. Your unbridled enthusiasm at learning new things and sharing them with others was contagious. You are the closest thing to a Perfect human being that God ever created. I am so  privileged to have the memories of growing up with you and the pleasure of us sharing our own families as we became adults.  You will forever be in my heart and running through my memories. I miss you already.

I was so sad to hear of Mark's death.  Joan Hollinshead let me know today.  I would have liked to come to the funeral, but I am out of town this week. I send my sympathy and love to you and your family. May all your wonderful memories comfort you.

Joe and I were so privileged to share so many great moments with Mark and Cathy. Mark's inspiring demeanor and love for his family filled his every waking hour. He was my hero and inspiration. We laughed and cried together as we talked about our shared experiences. We will always hold him close in our hearts. We  were so blessed to have had him in our lives.

I had some wonderful scout leaders growing up, but of all of them, Mr. Feldmeier was the best teacher. I learned more from him about scouting than anyone else. He'll surely be missed.

Mark was one of the best Scout leaders we had. He was a knots expert, always up there in the ropes and climbing courses, never letting us take the easy way out, always fair and hardworking. He genuinely enjoyed the Scouts and had a great time with the other leaders. That and he always won the rifle and bow/arrow competitions but was super humble about it. He was a great role model to myself and other Scouts.

Mark was truly an awesome guy, so glad I had the opportunity to work with him for several years.  Thoughts and prayers to the family.  Jeri Atwood (SLMPD)

when I first came to st. raphaels way back in second grade, mark was one of my first friends. even then, he was a gentlemans gentleman! great sense of humor and never saw the guy raise his voice. a cool cat. deepest prayers to cathy and the family.

I'm so glad my sons Sam and Isaac got to know Mark as a Scout leader, and that Sam was lucky enough to accompany him to Philmont years ago. He was an example to the boys of what a good Scout and a good human being could be. The Feldmeier family has been in our prayers many times and we wish peace to you all.  The Martel-Ensign family

Our deepest sympathy to the Feldmeier Family.  Mark was such a gentle, wonderful and caring man.  He was so instrumental in helping Bill achieve his Eagle rank in scouts, so generous with his time.
