Joan (nee Gusnard) LaFerla, age 90, fortified with the sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Thursday, January 25, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Charles LaFerla, loving mother of Michael (Cynthia) LaFerla and Sharon (Kevin J.) Frank; her beloved dog, Sampson; dear grandmother of Kevin D. (Sara) Frank and Krista (Nathan) Matthies; great-grandmother of Dean Frank, Wesley Frank, and Drew Matthies; dear sister of Jeanne (the late Albert) Panhorst; dear daughter of the late Lawrence H. & Margaret C. (nee Bextermueller) Gusnard; dear aunt, great-aunt, cousin, friend & neighbor.

SERVICES: The family will greet friends and neighbors from 9am until time of Memorial Mass at 10am on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 St. Ambrose Catholic Church, corner of Wilson & Marconi on the Hill. In lieu of flowers, Memorials are suggested to the Sick & Elderly Program of the Hill, VNA Hospice, or to the Humane Society.
