Missing the kindness that Chris brought to this world.

The world needed Chris this past year!  Her laughter and encouragement would have helped all of us!

 A very special woman!  I always appreciated her efforts to keep in touch.

Since Chris's passing,  there hasn't been a day I haven't missed talking and laughing with her.  Chris and I shared many memories of our days at St. Pascal's and Alvernia H.S.    After we both lost our beloved spouses, we compared notes about our new  Grief Group friends.  Chris was a wise and true friend who was loved by many.

May God bring Peace and Healing to her beloved family.

I have known Chris since our high school years.  She was always kind and considerate of others.  She made it a point of staying in touch with her high school friends.  She was a joy to talk  with.....always interested in what you had to say.  I will always remember her great sense of humor.  She was smart and personable and offered much  to this world.  I will miss her.

I have known Chris for 67 years. Although we have not seen one another but for a few times in the past 46 years, we talked a couple of times a month and always felt she was next door.  She was a dearest friend and will be deeply missed.  She is now at peace and her suffering is over.

 I've lost a cherished lifelong friend with Chris's passing.  We shared confidences as children and "life lessons" later.   She gave true friendship to all who knew her. The world has lost a beautiful person.

I met Chris when she became a volunteer at the Butterfly House and she quickly grew into a dear friend.   Whether it was her sharing information about important election ballots (she always knew what was going on!), chatting about family/friends, sharing stories of being a new mom or helping out on special projects, Chris was always able to help keep me sane and on track!  When she graciously agreed to serve as on volunteer advisory committee, we had many opportunities to talk on the 30 minute drive to the Garden.  It was a time I looked forward to and sad when the term ended.  Although I hadn't seen her in years due to moving to Florida, I often thought of her and my heart aches for the many people who join me in mourning her passing.  May your beautiful spirit continue to spread love and joy!

Chris was a participant in our Healing Hearts Grief support program after the death of her dear husband John.  All of the group members loved Chris for her kind ways and support as she shared her journey through Grief.  Chris went above and beyond giving of her time and talents with our Trivia night preparations.  Chris will be missed by all of us.  We were certainly not ready to say goodbye to our dear friend.  Chris will not be forgotten.  She truly was a blessing to all of us.

Chris was a dear friend from the Sophia M. Sachs Butterfly House.  When I started in 2008 there were eight Tuesday volunteers. Our friendships grew when we would meet outside the Butterfly House for lunch 3 or 4 times a year. I treasured her friendship and miss her dearly.
