Mom (Judy Blomker Thomas) would always talk about what a great guy Charlie was.  So sorry for your loss.

Praying for a peace that passes all understanding for Charlie's family.  I worked with Charlie at Ralcorp and him and Sally even made it out to a hog roast one year.  I pray that the memories live on in your hearts and that you forever share them with each other. Much love to you all.

My sincere sympathies to Mr. Payne’s wife, Sally, their family & many who knew and loved him. I enjoyed having him as a teacher in late 70’s. I have also enjoyed being reconnected on Facebook, the last few years… always sharing recipes, and pictures of his beloved wife and family. What a beautiful collection of photos you were able to put together for this wonderful tribute to “Charlie”. He was loved by many, and will be dearly missed.

Neil was a great guy in High School, always thoughtful and dedicated to all he did. We graduated together. But reconnected on evening when he was playing ball for Nazerath college and I was at College of the Ozarls, later at Hancock reunions. He was always a hit with the ladies. He was such a gentleman.   He will be missed but came and made a differance.

I had the pleasure of working with Charlie when he became an I. T. consultant and he worked with us at Ralcorp. Charlie was such a pleasure to work with and a great addition to our team. Always a delight to be around. He is greatly missed.

I was lucky to have Mr. Payne as a teacher at Hancock.  

My condolences to the family.

I am sorry to hear about Charlie’s passing. I was a student at Hancock (1975) and also worked with  Charlie  at Ralcorp/ConAgra.  

To his family, know that you’ll see him again in heaven and he won’t have any suffering.
