Charles was born September 30, 1949 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Charles G. and Frieda M, Fischer (nee Vogel. He is the loving father of Charles (Jillian) Fischer and Steven (Jackie) Fischer; Cherished grandfather of Nathan, Isabella, Katie and Sarah Fischer.
