Terry was always very generous and helpful. He is missed by all:  when his colleagues get together his name is always mentioned.

Dear Margaret;

Our family will certainly miss Terry. We'll miss his smile, his laugh and his wonderful personality. I am so blessed to have been his Aunt Pete.

I will always remembered Terry for his kindness and smile!! I used to see Terry walking with his grandson Brandon, when Brandon was just a young child, and their happiness and complicity was awesome. Terry loved his girls and all his grandchildren, his face will shine whenever he spoke of his family.  My condolences to his wife, his daughters, grandchildren, brother and sister.

I am so so sorry to hear of the loss of Terry....heartlfelt condolences from the McQuade family to Margaret and family and especially to Karen & David.....praying for you guys!!!
My memories of the 60's are filled with basketball games at the side of the house on Edison.....many, many games (rather intense but fun-filled!!!) usually between Kimmy & I vs David and either Mr. Kurtz or Terry......it was a time of my own life when I was dealing with the death of my Dad and the Kurtz family was so willing and gracious to welcome me into what was an amazingly close-knit and loving family......Karen & David...may you continue that legacy!!

I grew up with Terry when he was my neighbour on Edison street in St-Lambert in the 60's. We met in 1960 and became friends. We played football at Union Park, and also on Edison street. We played basketball with his dad and Kim and David at the back of his house.
We played hockey on our rink in our backyard. What great! memories. Later in 70' and 80's, we were colleagues at Bell Canada.
Eventually, we lost track of each other. But the memories are still there and will always be!!! Terry was my friend and a great guy!
I am in shock at his passing!

Terry will always be cherished in my memories. We worked together at Morgan's (La Baie) along with Margaret and many others. These were joyful memories. 

I remember when he and Margaret were married. 

Although we lost touch many years ago, I always asked about him from those who knew him...

Terry Kurtz was such a caring father and husband; I remember how proud he was of his two daughters and  his beautiful grandchildren. Of course he often teased them in his own loving way.  We saw Terry and Margaret and the kids often in the 1970s and 1980s when they lived in Ottawa for a while and then visited us from Saint Lambert. Plenty of card games, laughs, and typical long stories and jokes from Terry.  Sometimes Terry would play the acoustic guitar after dinner, singing Kenny Rogers tunes. We used to laugh playfully with his father-in-law, my Uncle Buster (cousin  Margaret's father). Terry had such a broad smile which made his eyes squint.  You will be sorely missed; rest in peace Terry.
