Jean Thomas

It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of Mom ,heavy because it is so full. Mom and variations of it, to myself, Doris, Cindy (Anush) and Barry ( Maggie), Jeanne to others, Jean to many, Nanny to Jennifer (Johnny) and Brent, loving (great) Nanny to Finn and Jonah and many loving, yet sometimes amusing names from Dad.

Fred, her loving partner for many years, they exemplified the notion of "to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health". Death did not part them but reunited them.

She will remain in the hearts of all her loving family and extended family, those still with us and those that have passed. With loving gratitude I'd like to thank Carol, her Little sister for sharing the journey every day, with us. Her notes, calls, flowers and cute cartoons, helped brighten her Big sister's days.

Will also be remembered by her friends, those at the Centre de Jour, Brossard, the Day Center, Greenfield Park, her wonderful neighbours in the Terraces, she will be remembered by Brian Miller, Wayne and Marilyn Smith, the caregivers at her Care facility, the wonderful team of many, to which we are grateful.

We are now missing one earth angel, but she will always be remembered for her positive attitude, her loving smile, her wit, her love of music, her never-ending love for her friends and mostly for her family.

Weep not for me

Just remember our best times,

the love the laughter the song

and the good life we had

when i was strong.

Strong, beautiful and full of love, to the very end.

Family will receive condolences at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home, 307, Riverside, St-Lambert, QC J4P 1A7 on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 4 to 9 pm and on Thursday, October 24, 2024 family only as of 10am followed by service in the Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11am. Burial will the held the same day at 12:30 at the Urgel Bourgie Cemetery, 8145, chemin Chambly, St-Hubert, J3Y 5K2
