Roy Thielman (96 years old) of St. Clair Shores passed away on January 21 at home. He owned and operated Warren Abrasives for over 70 years. He was born and lived on a farm in North Dakota until he enlisted in the Navy during World War II.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years May, his children Diana (Vince) Palazzolo, Ron (Diane), Steve (Darice) and Dr. Barb (Steve) Beebe. Roy will also be missed by his seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife Ramona.
There will be a funeral service in the Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, on Wednesday January 24 at 10 a.m.
