Raymond Paul Phillips, age 75, of St. Clair Shores, Michigan passed away on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023. He was born Feb 2, 1948 in Detroit.
Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife of 53 years Linda; daughter Eva (Brian) Koziarski; son Justin (Cynthia) Phillips and grandchildren Madison, Ayden and Ethan. He was predeceased by three brothers.
