Mildred (Millie) Seaser passed away peacefully on August 20, 2016 at the age of 86 surrounded by family. Millie was the beloved wife of Gerald (Jerry) for 61 years. Loving mother to Sandra (Michael) Skinner, Ann (Michael) O'Neill, Jim (Pam) Seaser, and Tom (Michele) Seaser. Proud grandmother to Megan and Michael (Hadley) O'Neill, Jay, Jenna, John, Joel, and Abby Seaser. Sister-in-law to Marie Seaser. Millie was predeceased by her husband Jerry, parents Amalia and Bernard Stone and her brother Charles (Chuck) Stone. Millie graduated from St. Bernard Catholic School and worked various secretarial and administrative positions in the Detroit area before and after successfully raising her four children. Millie was an incredibly kind and special lady who will be missed by everyone whose life she touched. Along with being an amazing mother, Millie selflessly cared for immediate and extended family members over the years along with hosting many family gatherings in her home. Millie was an original member of St. Angela Catholic Church in Roseville, Michigan and remained an active member until her passing. Along with her devotion to her family and many friends, Millie enjoyed reading, participating in card clubs and visiting with friends and family. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 24 from 2-9 p.m, with the Rosary at 7 p.m., at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores. On Thursday, August 25, visitation continues from 1:00 p.m. until the time of Mass and celebration of Millie’s life at 1:30 p.m. at St. Isaac Jogues Church, 21100 Madison, St. Clair Shores, MI. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen, 1820 Mt. Elliott St., Detroit, MI 48207 or to the Michigan Tech Fund - Seaser Family Scholarship #5166 , 1400 Townsend Drive, Houghton, Michigan 49931, established in honor of Mildred and Gerald Seaser for the benefit of first generation college students attending Michigan Technological University.
