Marie Gertrude Miller

Marie G. Miller, nee Brownlee, age 100, a lifetime resident of St. Clair Shores, died on Sunday, November 5. She was born on December 12, 1916, in Detroit. She was a sixty year member of the Jefferson Yacht Club and a member of the Lighthouse Pointe Yacht Club of Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Robert A. Miller. Survived by her children Robert L (Joan) and Marilyn (John) Miles; grandchildren Diane, Julie, Robert, Kirk, Kim, and Neil; great grandchildren Sandy, Scott, David, Laura, Brittany, Brandon, Ryan, Lukas, and Megan; and great great grandchildren Grayson, Waylon, Kellen, Myla, and Maxine. Marie was preceded in death by daughter-in-law, Marcia. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 from 4 to 8pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave, St. Clair Shores. Funeral Mass, Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 10am at Our Lady of Hope Parish, 28301 Little Mack, St. Clair Shores. Friends may visit the church beginning at 9:30am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Capuchin Soup Kitchen.
