Leonard Walter Rice Sr.

Leonard Walter Rice Sr., age 85, passed away on June 3, 2022. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on November 16, 1936 to his late parents Walter and Ida Rice. Leonard is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Deanna; son: Wesley; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his children: Denise White, Leonard Rice Jr., and Joanna Fustin. Leonard enjoyed woodworking, going out to eat with his wife, playing cards with his grandchildren, and square dancing in his younger years. Most of all he enjoyed being a father and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores.
