She was born on February 19, 1924 in Parma, Missouri to Thomas and Rhoda Watson.
Beloved mother of Gail (Robert) Regener, William (Jennie) McIntyre, proud grandma of Robert (Akiko) Regener, Kristin Regener, William (Carly) McIntyre, and Scott McIntyre, and dear great grandmother of Sarah and Rachel Regener and Elle and Blake McIntyre. She also leaves behind brothers Garritt and Daniel Watson, and many loving nieces and nephews. Gerry was predeceased by her husband, William McIntyre, sisters Anna Mae Mitz, and Dorothy Jean Bowman, and brother, Robert Watson.
She loved to travel and play golf and was proud of making a Hole-in-One. Gerry was assistant to the president of Holley Carburetor Company and, later, Colt Industries. After retirement, she used her skills to serve as secretary of the Joy Club at Warren Woods Church where she was an active member. She was an avid genealogist and calligrapher. Gerry’s smile and wit will be missed.
Gerry died of Covid-19. A living tribute to her memory can be made by properly wearing masks.
