Gerald Seaser

Seaser Gerald J. Passed away June 16 at St. John Macomb Hospital at the age of 82. Jerry was the beloved husband of Mildred (nee Stone) for 61 years. Loving father to Sandra (Michael) Skinner, Ann (Michael) O'Neill, Jim (Pam) Seaser, and Tom (Michele) Seaser. Proud grandpa to Megan and Michael O'Neill, Jay, Jenna, John, Joel, and Abby Seaser. Brother-in-law to Marie Seaser and Beverly Stone. Jerry was predeceased by his parents Otillia and Ervin Seaser, his brother Bud Seaser, and brother-in law Chuck Stone. Before graduating from Catholic Central Jerry spent the two summer vacations of high school as a seaman with the Merchant Marines, sailing the Great Lakes. He also served two years in the Army. Jerry was an active member of the St. Angela Ushers Club for 56 years, a member of the Lakeshore Knights of Columbus and a life member of VFW Bruce Post #1146. Jerry retired from AT&T after 40 years as a systems technician. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and especially playing euchre and pinochle. Visitation is Sunday from 4-9 p.m. and Monday 2-9 p.m. with the Rosary at 7 p.m., at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores. Services Tuesday at St. Angela Church, 25001 Chippendale, Roseville, MI in state at 10:30a.m. until time of Mass at 11 a.m. Internment Wednesday at Great Lakes Cemetery, Holly.
