Frances J. Kelly, age 86, passed away September 3, 2016. Beloved wife of the late James (Pat). Loving mother of Patricia (the late Michael) Alberstadt, Maureen (Jim) Cronk, Ellen (Arlie) Leach and James (Kathy) Kelly. Dear grandmother of ten and great-grandmother of eight.
