Dr. Jeffery Allan Cook, age 49, of Harrison Township, Michigan passed away on Friday, December 30, 2022. He was born on March 22, 1973 to the parents of Nancy and the late Kit Cook. Jeffery was the loving husband of Kollette Cook. Father to Jadyn Buczek, Dakota Cook and Macayla (Noah) Hahlbohn, Grandfather to Ivy and River Hahlbohn, Cherished brother to Kimberly (Tom) Menard. Son-In-Law to Patsy and the late Peter Gumm. Brother-In-Law to Kristyn (Bob) Bradley and Jason (Shelli) Gumm. Loving nephew, cousin and uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Jeffery will be missed by all of his family and so many friends.

A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, January 26th at 11:00am, with a gathering at 10:30 am, at St. Hubert Catholic Church, 38775 Prentiss, Harrison Township, Michigan 48045

A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.

Arrangements entrusted to Kaul Funeral Home St. Clair Shores Chapel.
