Wilma "Billie" Jean (Gardiner) Morris

Formerly of St. Catharines, passed away in her sleep on Saturday, May 18, 2024. Billie was in her 99th year, born November 15, 1925. She was the wife of the late Gordon Ballantyne Morris, daughter of the late William Gardiner and the late Jane “Jean” Sutherland Gardiner, sister of the late Joan Helen Napier and her husband Albert Napier, mother of Gayle Helen Morris, mother of the late Bryan David Morris; husband of Sharon. grandmother of Sean Morris and his wife Shaunna, great-grandmother of Reilly, Grandmother of Holly (Austin), mother of Ian William Morris and his wife Mary, grandmother of David Morris and his wife Sarah, great-grandmother of Ava and Leah, and grandmother of Stephanie Morris. Second mother to Linda Denault. Aunt to Rob, Craig and Lee Napier.

Mom was a terrific person and an excellent baker, who will be missed by all of the family and friends who knew her.

A very special thank you to the nursing staff of the 4th floor of the Niagara Health – St. Catharines site for all of your care for Mom.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, May 23, 2024 from 10 – 11 a.m. at Hulse & English Funeral Home & Chapel, 75 Church St. St. Catharines. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. with interment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
