Passed away on Monday, July 4, 2016 at the age of 67 years. Survived by his daughter Jennifer, his brothers; Ted (Sue) and Tim and his nephews; Corey, Cole and Spencer. Tom will be remembered by his good friends; Diane and Kim. He was predeceased by his parents; Thomas and Judy and his younger brother Ric.
