Passed away peacefully at Extendiare on April 21, 2012 at the age of 95. Stephanie survived her husband of 60 years, Julian Kozlowski (January 20, 2002). Predeceased by her sisters Olia Shaw, Minna Grayson and brother Norman Paladichuk. Mother of Peter (Dee) of St. Catharines and Linda (Thomas) Popata of Orillia. Grandmother to Todd and Mark Kozlowski, Rodney Ruddock and Laura Monahan, and Great-Grandmother of nine. The family would like to express their sincere thank you to her care giver of 10 years Wendy Chalmers; great neighbours Jim and Susan Little and family, and a special thank you to Dr. J. Rosloski and the nursing staff at Extendicare.
Stephanie’s family will receive friends at HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street, St. Catharines (905-684-6346) on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with Service following in the chapel.
