It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of May on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at the age of 80, after a courageous battle with cancer. Daughter of the deceased Charles and Agnes (Nan) McGilvray, beloved wife of the late John and loving mother to Gordon (Kellie) and Caron. May was an active member of the St. Catharines Scottish Club devoting many years to its functions. She was a remarkable woman who was an inspiration and support to family and friends. She will be sadly missed by her close friends Walter and Rose Fielding, Bob and Isobel Lee of St. Catharines and Ross Albers of Edmonton.
The family will receive friends at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street, St. Catharines (905-684-6346), on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 from 11am until 1pm, with Memorial Service held in the chapel at 1 pm, followed by interment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
