Marilyn Cotton Top Joyce Rosenblatt Mills

Peacefully passed away surrounded in love on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at the age of 83 years. Beloved Mom of Kellyann (Darrel) Seib, Jackie (John) Rittenhouse, Laurie (Mike) Merpaw, and Roni-Sue (Terry) Klerks. Cherished Nannie of Amanda, Brent, Tom, Andrew, Michael, Christopher, Brittney, Kevin, Kelly, and Makenzie. Great-grandmother of Abby. Dear sister of Leo (Jane) Rustin, Donna (Bob) Anderson, Pat (Rob) Reid, Paul (Tina) Rosenblatt, Theresa (the late Jan) Jarzabek, Terry (Val) Rosenblatt, and the late Peter (Joanne) Rosenblatt. She will be lovingly remembered for her humour by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Marilyn was the sacristan at The Cathedral of St. Catherine of Alexandria for 20 years.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church St. (905-684-6346), from 2 -4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. The vigil for Marilyn will be celebrated at the funeral home at 2 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at The Cathedral of St. Catherine of Alexandria, 67 Church St. on Friday, October 3, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. The Rite of Committal will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
